Thursday evening street fair with vendors and live entertainment at Downtown Fullerton Market Night

What It Is

Downtown Fullerton Market Night is a Thursday-evening street fair held at the Downtown Plaza on the 100 block of East Wilshire Avenue. Local farmers, food trucks, craft vendors, and a beer garden share the closed block during the spring-through-summer season, alongside kids activities and live music. The 2026 season runs April 2 through September 3, 4:30–8:30pm.

Why Go

It's a low-key way to pick up fresh produce, eat dinner from a few different food trucks, and hear live music without planning. Most vendors are the same week to week, so you can build relationships and know what to expect. The format is straightforward and unpretentious — no entry fee, walk in and browse.

What To Know Before You Go

2026 season: Thursdays, April 2 through September 3, 4:30–8:30pm. Held at Downtown Plaza, 125 E. Wilshire Ave, Fullerton. Free admission and free parking in surrounding downtown lots. Most vendors take cash and cards; the beer garden is 21+ with ID. Weather is mild most of the year in OC, but late-summer evenings can run warm on the asphalt.

The Honest Take

It's small compared to larger regional markets, which means less selection but also less crowding. Some vendors are seasonal, so the mix shifts through the run. The live music quality is hit-or-miss week to week. If you're driving in from out of town, pair it with dinner on Harbor Boulevard rather than treating it as a destination on its own.
