What It Is
Orange International Street Fair is a three-day Labor Day weekend festival built around Plaza Park in Old Towne Orange. The 2026 edition runs Friday, September 4 through Sunday, September 6, with international food streets, multiple live-entertainment stages, arts and crafts, commercial exhibitors, community organizations, and a dedicated children's area.
Why Go
This is one of Orange County's strongest end-of-summer traditions and one of the best reasons to spend a full afternoon in Old Towne Orange. The event turns the streets around the Plaza into a walkable food-and-music loop with cuisine booths run by local nonprofits and civic organizations. Admission is free; the spend is food, drinks, and parking.
What To Know Before You Go
Dates and hours: Friday, September 4, 5–10 p.m.; Saturday, September 5, 10 a.m.–10 p.m.; Sunday, September 6, 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Children's Street closes at 8:30 p.m. each night. Alcohol and wristband sales end 30 minutes before closing. Location: Plaza Park and surrounding streets around Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street in Old Towne Orange. Admission: Free. Food, drink, and alcohol wristbands are separate. Parking: Street closures and limited parking make rideshare, walking from Metrolink, or the shuttle the better play.
The Honest Take
The food and stage variety are the draw, but this is a major crowd event. Plan for slow walking, long food lines, and limited parking. Bring kids earlier in the day and hit Children's Street before the evening rush. For adults, the best window is late afternoon into sunset, before the dinner lines fully stack up.
