RESET is an Orange County wellness pop-up that stacks mat Pilates, cold plunge, and sauna into a single outdoor session. The Laguna Beach editions run at Lot 16 (the Act V parking lot on Laguna Canyon Rd), with a rotating roster of instructors and a coffee-and-community close. Format and timing shift by event, but the core sequence stays consistent: movement, then cold, then heat, then hang.

Why Go

It's the pop-up format at its cleanest. A full recovery-and-movement session outdoors, no gym membership, real regulars, and a canyon-adjacent venue with easy weekend parking. The cold plunge and sauna are the anchors that make it more than a fitness class.

The Honest Take

Pop-up wellness is only as good as its execution, and RESET has been consistent enough to keep drawing repeat attendees. The Laguna Canyon setting is a real asset: free weekend parking at Act V, morning canyon light, and none of the downtown crowd or beach-lot chaos. The tradeoff is planning. Dates aren't fixed, sessions sell out, and if you miss the Instagram post you miss the event. Treat it as a follow-and-jump situation, not a standing appointment.
